Meeting

What is the purpose of the weekly management or any last minutes meeting. Does it achieve any purpose?

Some meeting are conduct in a proper manner where things get done and information are pass down the line and vice versa.

But what make me hate it so much in some of the meeting

1. Waste of time
Listening to other dept that does not have any connection. Is no one problem but your own.

2. Favourite staffs
Very obvious by the bosse
I call it anak manja

3. People/staffs are listening of your fool talks. People are finding that talks does not reflect on your actions. Who will be the fool in the end? Who have to swallow the foolish things done?
Not you but the..........
I call it a badut

4. Repeating the same old words and stories. If I want to hear it, may as well I record it and listen later. I call it tape recorder

5. May not remember what have mentioned past minutes and eat their words now. There are many ears, people remember but out of respect, they keep quite. For me, what the hell.

6. There are people keep on interrupting during the conversation, to show off, nuisance. To show off their superiority. Yes
We call it gila kuasa

7. Others just keep quite, not to offence anybody. But sooner or later, they too get the shit. I call it bodoh

8. Others too, is a "yes man" only to the superior, but is of any help.
I call it yes boss

9. Many others stories but just can't remember. Maybe next meeting, I bring a voice recorder.
I call it a falling star

There are more hate than good in the meeting. Don't ask me what meeting or where, cause I will bore you to death.

Sibu - my home town

Sibu- what make so special

Sibu, was once the second largest town in Sarawak, have recently overtaken by Miri to become the third largest town in Sarawak.

Sibu, located in the mighty Rejang River, the largest and longest river in Malaysia.

There is much of scenic view or place to go but Sibu is famous for some delicious cuisine.

Beelin, mostly found in sibu, are one of the dishes that I have miss a lot. Whenever, back in sibu, I will make sure I have a taste of this dish.

Sibu Kampua

Kampua is a famou foochow dish mostly found in sibu. It is cheap, costing less than RM3. It come with slices of char siew with soup. The Mee for kampua are different from other as it is tender and soft. Come in different varieties either serve with soup itself or dry with chillie sauce or soya sauce. Love it

Sarawak Laksa
Famous among Sarawak people.

Kompia
Another delicacies from Sibu. It can be serve plain, which is already delicious or come with meat.

This are among some if the food found in sibu and more.

I really miss this food but when back in Sibu, can't take all cause there so many to choose.

My smurf

The story of smurf

The cartoon have appear on tv before but I never really pay any attention to it.

It only when the movies was shown on silver screen, I just want to have a look not paying much attention of the content

But wow, it is interesting with good sense of humors. Never realized that, I actually love it and bought a soft toy of smurf(it us one feet)

I not going to tell you the storyline. Have a look I guarantee it worth watching.
